By accessing or using any part of the Platform or any Content, or by clicking “I agree” to these Booking Conditions, You acknowledge and agree to enter into and be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an Entity, by accessing or using any part of the Platform or any Content, or by clicking “I agree” to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that Entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or You do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not access or use any part of the Platform or any Content.
DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS, renowned for its exceptional adventure experiences, operates from its head office nestled in the heart of Siem Reap, Cambodia. This central hub serves as the epicenter for all bookings and communications, ensuring seamless interactions with our esteemed clients, passengers, and trusted agents. Our dedicated team of knowledgeable professionals stationed at this office work tirelessly to create unforgettable adventures and provide unmatched support throughout the entire process. Whether it’s making reservations or addressing any concerns, our Siem Reap office is fully equipped to handle all your needs with utmost efficiency and a personalized touch.
The tour price on the invoice should be settled no later than two weeks before the customer’s arrival (the start of the journey), or as previously arranged during the booking process. Payment must be made in US Dollars, and it should be deposited into our designated bank account in Cambodia, specifically into our company’s bank account there.
For day trips and short adventure tours lasting up to 3-4 days, we also accept cash payments at our main office in Siem Reap. Alternatively, customers can make payments using a Visa card, though a 3% surcharge will apply.
Please note that any fees associated with bank transfers must be paid by the sender, whether that’s the client or our partner. If these fees are not covered at the time of the transfer, the outstanding amount will be collected upon arrival.
The range of services provided by DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS under the contract is defined by the current price list or website offerings and the details outlined in the respective tour confirmation. Any alterations or adjustments to these contractual services will be effective only if they are officially confirmed in writing by DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS. It’s important to note that changes in our services can occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, political events, road conditions, and other unexpected circumstances.

The amount of cancellation fees depends on the day of receipt of the written cancellation at the head office which may send by Email. Phone calls will not be accepted.
DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to seek compensation for losses that surpass the standard cancellation fee, provided that verifiable evidence of such losses can be presented.
You are, naturally, within your rights to present evidence to DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS demonstrating either that no loss has occurred as yet or that the loss is significantly lower than the flat rate charged. DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS also retains the right to pass on any additional expenses incurred from service providers ( eg. charges for unoccupied beds or seats)
Cancellation of day trip bookings made at our Siem Reap offices on the day of the trip itself will incur a 50% charge. If you fail to show up, you will be charged the full 100%.
If you’ve made a pre-arranged tour reservation via the Internet or phone, please be ready for our pick-up service at the specified time in your voucher or between 8:30 and 9:00 am. It’s essential to provide us with details about your hotel and the pick-up location before the tour commences.
If you anticipate any delays, especially for join-in tours purchased within Cambodia, please inform our office using the provided contact information. Otherwise, we will depart without offering refunds. In the event of any missed pick-ups on our part, please reach out to one of our offices immediately.
You acknowledge and consent that engaging in any form of motorcycling or off-road adventuring, especially adventure motorcycle touring (referred to as “Riding” collectively), entails substantial inherent risks, hazards, and dangers. These encompass both foreseeable and unforeseeable factors (referred to as “Risks” collectively) that cannot be completely eradicated and may lead to physical or emotional injuries, paralysis, fatalities, harm to your well-being or belongings, and/or other forms of loss to you and others. Consequently, YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL SUCH RISKS, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN RIDING OR YOUR UTILIZATION OR DEPENDENCE ON ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY INSTANCE OF PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL INJURY, PARALYSIS, FATILITY, DAMAGE TO YOURSELF OR YOUR PROPERTY, AND/OR ANY OTHER FORM OF LOSS THAT YOU OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL MAY EXPERIENCE.
On behalf of yourself, your spouse, children, parents, heirs, assigns, personal representative, and estate, you hereby permanently waive, release, relinquish, hold harmless, agree not to file a lawsuit against, and discharge DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS and all its respective directors, officers, employees, servants, contractors, representatives, attorneys, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, designees, and licensees (collectively referred to as “Related Parties”) from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, lawsuits, causes of action, and/or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) of any kind whatsoever (collectively referred to as “Claim” or “Claims”) for any injury, damage, loss, illness, disability, death, and/or other forms of loss that may arise in connection with your Riding or your utilization of or reliance upon the content. This release encompasses Claims that may result from DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS’ (or the Related Parties’) negligence but excludes Claims resulting from their gross negligence or willful, wanton, or criminal misconduct. This release includes Claims related to personal injury, emotional injury, property damage, wrongful death, and any other Claims, including but not limited to Claims related to emergency or medical response, assessment or treatment, property damage, loss of consortium, breach of contract, or any other type of Claim.
DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS is not liable for any injuries, deaths, losses, or damages that travelers may experience in connection with the journey. Additionally, we are not responsible for any changes to the itinerary that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our clients must acknowledge that our adventure excursions inherently involve risks and hazards. Clients are required to assume full responsibility for any personal loss, injury, death, or fatality. Clients shall not hold DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS or its personnel responsible, whatsoever, for any injuries, death, damages, losses or delays neither to persons or property nor for extra costs arising from unforeseen complications for any reason during the adventure trip.
Furthermore, all clients must be aware that DIRTBIKE EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to inspect all equipment at the beginning of the excursion to ensure it is in proper working order. By agreeing to these terms, I also accept responsibility for any equipment damage caused by my own negligence.
